GECKY PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Gecky, developed by Urtti Apps Oy ("we," "our," or "the Company"), handles your data. We believe in your right to privacy and have designed the App to collect as little information as possible.
Data Collection and Storage
We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.
- User Data: All passwords and related data created or managed within Gecky are stored securely in your own iCloud Keychain. This data is encrypted by Apple and is accessible only by you across your devices. We (Urtti Apps Oy) have no access to this data.
- Telemetry and Analytics: The App does not collect any usage data, analytics, or telemetry. We do not track how you use the App.
- Anonymity: You remain completely anonymous to us. We do not maintain any user accounts or databases of user information.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple's services (specifically iCloud and Keychain) to function. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not use any other third-party services or SDKs that collect data.
User Rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, you have rights regarding your personal data. However, because Urtti Apps Oy does not collect, store, or process any of your personal data, we cannot:
- Provide you with a copy of your data
- Correct your data
- Delete your data
All your data resides locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. You retain full control over your data at all times and can view, modify, or delete it directly through the App or your Apple ID settings.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
For residents of California:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not collect any personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. As we do not collect any personal information at all, we consequently do not collect such information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Please understand that we can't reach out to you in such an event, as we don't have any contact information. Any significant changes will be displayed in the release notes.
